Free Access to Journal of Planning Education and Research to Institutions in the Developing World
JPER's publisher, SAGE, gives free access to institutions in the developing world through HINARI, part of the Research4Life program. 200 countries are eligible to receive free access based on the annual GDP per capita, though currently only 108 have registered with HINARI to give access to their schools. You can find more information on HINARI here (http://www.who.int/hinari/en/) or on Research4Life, the umbrella program, here (http://www.research4life.org/Pages/R4L_homepage.aspx). For institutions in these countries to gain access to SAGE journals, they can visit the HINARI homepage and follow the instructions under the “How to Join?” heading.
